This isn't a template and it's not a generic flow I pull up for everyone who books with me. It's a practice I build specifically for your body, your schedule and your life. Weaving in whatever you actually need, whether that's movement, breath, meditation, or journaling. We go at your pace, we start where you genuinely are, and we build something that feels like yours because it is.
If you've never had a consistent practice or you're starting over after a long break, this is exactly where we begin no pressure, no performance, no pretending you're further along than you are. We build small, real sessions together until yoga stops feeling like something you have to figure out and starts feeling like something that actually belongs in your life.
Yoga Nidra is a guided practice of conscious rest that works on a level most of us never get to access in our busy, overstimulated lives. When we pair that with Ayurvedic wisdom, we start looking at how your body actually functions your natural rhythms, your constitution, the seasons you move through and we use that understanding to build a practice that genuinely supports you from the inside out.
